I sea spicy chickpeas

A lovely recipe with you, made by Giulia, to prepare a perfect I sea pasta dish during the weekend!

  • 50 g I SEA PASTA zeespaghetti
  • 200 g zucchini (=courgette)
  • 120 g avocado
  • 70 g tomato puree
  • 180 g chick peas
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • dash lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • fresh herbs (basil, parsley, ...)


  1. Soak I SEA PASTA for 20 minutes in luke warm water. Rinse pasta and cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Make 'spaghetti' of the zucchini by cutting it into thin slices.
  3. Make a pulp of the avocado and mix with the tomato purée, lemon juice, peper, salt and fresh herbs into a purée.
  4. Mix the cooked I sea pasta, zucchini, chickpeas and purée together and serve with the cherry tomatoes and herbs.
