Ingrediënten
- 50 g I SEA PASTA zeespaghetti
- 200 g zucchini (=courgette)
- 120 g avocado
- 70 g tomato puree
- 180 g chick peas
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- dash lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste
- fresh herbs (basil, parsley, ...)
Werkwijze
- Soak I SEA PASTA for 20 minutes in luke warm water. Rinse pasta and cook for 20 minutes.
- Make 'spaghetti' of the zucchini by cutting it into thin slices.
- Make a pulp of the avocado and mix with the tomato purée, lemon juice, peper, salt and fresh herbs into a purée.
- Mix the cooked I sea pasta, zucchini, chickpeas and purée together and serve with the cherry tomatoes and herbs.
